We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing Time

The time required to prepare your order is separate from the delivery (transit) time.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed, verified, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Total delivery time includes processing time plus transit time.

  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch
  • Total Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days from the date of purchase

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Carriers

The carrier used for your order will be selected at the time of shipment based on efficiency and destination.

5. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

Shipping Coverage:

We do not ship to:

  • BFPO addresses

Expressco is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
