Returns & Refunds Policy

At Expressco, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Timeframe

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition, free from damage or excessive handling

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
    Expressco will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind / unsuitable item:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Return Method & Authorization

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

5. Exchanges

We do accept exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team. We will assist you with:

  1. Returning the original item
  2. Placing a new order for the replacement product

Availability of replacement items is subject to stock.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
